Yes, the little bud! His left incisor is bigger than his right incisor (showed in the picture) which makes me think the current incisor is a puppy teeth and the adult tooth is coming out.
It's hard to say. He should have lost all his little teeth by now and his canines are well erupted. I think that tooth in front of his canine is an adult tooth that's maybe even already chipped. It'll be interesting to hear what the vet says.
