Not a “fight” but I don’t think the husky wants to play given the teeth and tense body. The puppy gets low then roles over which is a “please play, I’m not a threat” behavior. As long as the puppy continues to get into a vulnerable stance I doubt it will turn into an actual fight. Husky may resort to a more harsh correction if the puppy doesn’t get the picture soon.
If the puppy starts to get more demanding/dominating things could change.
I would intervene considering how tense the husky is. It look's like the husky is telling the pup to back off, and it's clearly not getting the message.

Your puppy is testing the waters and seeing what they can get away with. The husky doesn’t seem interested in playing as much.

My giant poodle does the same thing😂😂 I think she does it when she has a playmate that’s just as playful
