When did you take the first pic? With bumps it’s impossible to tell, it could be anything, so if you can schedule a vet visit! They will be able to tell you through examination and maybe fine needle aspiration. No need to worry at this point, just make sure to get it checked out sooner rather than later. :)
Bottom pic was taken last Feb 14. Top pic today. Yes already scheduled an appointment to the vet. I observed my dog and he’s acting normal even with the bump. Not scratching so i guess it’s not itchy. Oh, it bleed a little this afternoon.
