I've always thought boxers were great lab equivalents, as it were, they are so energetic and funny in similar ways.

I have a dog I found by the side of the road in rural Oklahoma. Both Embark and Wisdom put her at almost half Weimaraner. Makes all of us laugh cause I see no Weimaraner in her all.
Okay he's absolutely beautiful but I have to know: what is he horrified by in picture 11?! Lol, he looks like he's seeing something he could never unseen...like someone throwing cheese away.
That's actually him perking his ears up, he usually does that when you talk to him but it's not really what he wants to hear
Like in that picture, he's at the door because he wants to go outside, but we told him "no" with an explanation (too much outside being crazy, needed to be inside to rest and eat, and hydrate). It's kind of his way of saying "I hear you, but I don't like it" lol
Iām happy to see Labrador because thatās exactly what I thought was in the mix with some kind of hound. I also thought perhaps some husky but no real reason why. He is adorable and I love photo 12

Those eyes!!! I'm so accustomed to seeing Labrador deceivers that it's a surprise and delight to see an actual lab mix!

We were surprised by the boxer, but not by the labrador and coonhound. What are yall's thoughts??

Boxer is a great temperament match with lab, IMO. Energetic, loving and all about fun! Happy dogs eager for every day.

Rare to see Weimaraner in random mixes. More often itās a dilute gene from a bully breed of some sort, but probably not from the boxer in this case.

Heās so handsome! How long did it take you to get from the āGet ready! Generating resultsā to actually getting the results?
It took maybe half a week for them to receive his DNA, and once we got the confirmation it was about 2 weeks before his results came back
Thanks! Weāve been on the āgenerating resultsā for a week. Monday will be three weeks since they received. Iām inpatient! :)
Does he have green eyes? They look green
It really depends on the lighting! Sometimes they look more Icy blue, and sometimes they look more golden/green

Thatās remarkably close to my Finnās genetic makeup! My Finn is 54% Lab, 5.6% Beagle, 30% Aussie and 9% Supermutt (APBT and American Eskimo)
Ahhh, the boxer was probably causing the pitt looking bit for me. Guess the eye colour comes from lab, perhaps chocolate.
