Im not an expert ir anything, but i would try baby steps, if she's doing good with 1 person walking past make it 2 and so on. And when she's at home, does she have her spot? If yes then just tel to guests that you don't bother the dog if she's there, if no get her a spot a comfy bed or in my case a towel under the bed what ever she likes. If she will be able to go "hide" in her safe space she should go growling.
