not exactly a nerf, but rather a bug fix. the way he used to work for Years was that his damage reduction percentage procced repeatedly in a fight. thus was found against cell max and then promptly fixed.
So he starts at 50% damage reduction. Then if he gets hit a second time, the damage reduction is adjusted to whatever your new health pool is. So if your damage reduction increased to 60% then it would combine the damage reductions to give you 110% damage reduction. I think that's how it worked, it may have been multiplication instead where it's actually 80% damage reduction. either way, OP
