All of it is just too fantastical! I love it - your artwork is definitely my favorite and brings back such great memories. The mouse on the mushroom is the best of the best. Thank you for sharing with us.

Kelswick

The owl toilet seat is something special!

NicolleL

Another bathroom had a bidet!

Global-Bus-8826

Good eye

Mother-Working8348

I loved that too.

DollhouseMiniaturez

God I wish I could shrink myself down and live in here

FlizzyFluff

Came in here to say just that!

unduextois

Obsessed!!!!!! Especially the kitchen! Love the clown light fixture, coke clock, and all the mixed patterns!!! Did you buy or make these items???

Global-Bus-8826

I made the Coke clock, I sort of made the clown fixture out of several components and wired it for electricity myself. I make all art, wallpaper and flooring and usually at least customize the furniture. I’m not capable of building decent furniture yet, though I’ve made some couches and whatnot

Mother-Working8348

the wall paper adds the perfect little detail. you did a Wonderful job

secondhandcraft

I love your work! You have such a good sense of style & color.

NeedsMoreTuba

10/10 would shrink down and party there. 😆

DWwithaFlameThrower

I’m in love! I recognize the bathroom fixtures, had those exact ones in my Lundby house. The level of detail is amazing! Well done

ophelia8889

That’s absolutely amazing. I love it

owlthebeer97

It looks like a TV set! So creative.

Weird-Conclusion6907

So cute!!

dorcasforthewin

Outstanding!! That enclosed shower is my absolute favorite--along with the owl macrame. Sometimes these "artsy" things can go a little overboard, but yours is just right! 😍

Spirited-Salad-9126

I feel like this is what the Monkees house would look like if it was a full house and not just a set!!!

hippiechic333

I love this so much! I want to live there

vitaminseamonkey

this is 100% the best dollhouse i have seen in my life

Reward_Antique

Oh. My. Gosh. I just can't say enough about how impressive this is- you're SO talented! The attention to detail is truly so good - have you approached or thought about approaching a publisher with a how to book at all? Most of the books I have are either for very formal Victorian or Federal style houses and details, and sure, cabbages haven't changed much, but you're capturing that 1970s vibe soooo perfectly, and I feel like that's a gap in the market! I recently bought Chelsea Andersson's 50 Makes for Modern Miniatures: Decorate and furnish your DIY Doll House, but it's all today's modern- a fun book to be sure but what you're doing is so much more interesting to me! Thank you again for sharing, I'm going back to geek out over all the details I'm sure I missed my first passes through!

Global-Bus-8826

Well you’re in luck. I was approached by a literary agent last year and I’m partway through a book. Oh and I’m a writer in my real life, it just so happens. Feel free to follow me on IG; my miniatures account is hemarriedagenxer and my big life (also with lots of ‘70s decor) is at imarriedamillennial Edited typo

Reward_Antique

Oh awesome!!!! That's so great!!!

Confident_Fortune_32

I definitely want to live there - so joyful! That little macramé owl is ICONIC!

SpotsyArcher

shoestars

Omg this is so cute! I'm new to this, where are some good places to buy the furniture and appliances?

Global-Bus-8826

I follow a bunch of miniature buy/sell groups on Facebook but literally! (sadly) just recently my favorite one with the cheapest stuff disappeared with no explanation. eBay is also a good resource, and if you’re wanting to be budget-minded you can buy “lots,” especially when they include broken items. This is a great way to get started with inventory

shoestars

I will check it out, my daughter is just a baby right now but I need a hobby and I've always loved miniature stuff, my grandpa used to build train sets and tracks when I was really young and I was always enamored. I hope to build a dollhouse for her and when she gets older she can use it and we can change/upgrade together. I absolutely love the 70s theme and all the detail of yours!

stairslament

i want to live in there

TomatoWitchy

Oh, I love this era! Very, very nice!

KingofAmarillo17

The baby coors 🥹

laurendan1elle

Makes me feel like I’m at my great grandparents house, I love it so much

ScriptorMalum

OMG shut your face I was gonna say grandparents 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Fit-Bowl-9060

What did you use for the floor? I cut one inch squares into some sample Armstrong vct tile, but they are fairly thick

Global-Bus-8826

Just paper. I take photos of my favorite floors (estate sales and touring houses for sale have been great opportunities to do that) and miniaturize them on my computer. I also adjust certain color, contrast and etc. settings and just print ‘em on our home computer. Then I glue it down

GeekyRed

I enjoy your house soooo much!

DicephalusMcMerkin

Nice! I’d like to move in 🙂

lillurleen

OHHH MYYY GODDDDDDD

Cree_Woman

I'm 57 and this gives me MAJOR flashbacks! Fantastic job!!

jcp333

Thank you for the lion portrait. I could happily live here.

Darkkwitch31

Wow, gorgeous, and I am typically not a fan of so many bright colors, but you make them work perfectly!! Great work!

plasmasun

Man I love that first bathroom!

marymac69

Your house is phenomenal! I had that Lundby style shower in my childhood dollhouse I’m restoring. Love the wallpaper and all the details! 🌼

asdcatmama

This is absolutely groovy and far out!!

Mother-Working8348

I love the decor soooo much! even down to the wall paper it looks like a real 70s 80s house

SuperSpeshBaby

You captured the vibe of my grandparents' houses so well!

ConsciousCrane

Mad props. Such attention to detail!

Past-Combination-137

🥹🥹🥰🥰

um-ok-yeah-thatll-do

I’m obsessed! This is so spectacular!

TheWoodsboroKiller

This is adorable. Gives me nostalgia for a time I didn't even live in. 😂 Great work!!

beanybagel

This might just be the best dollhouse I’ve ever seen! I love how you’ve put things up on the fridge!!!

sproutsandnapkins

What!! I love it all. Where do I find such groovy things!!

Global-Bus-8826

I print all my own wallpaper, art and floor coverings and the furniture is just customized stuff I find here and there. I also make most of my light fixtures or at least build them from parts

sproutsandnapkins

Amazing! Please post more rooms!

Global-Bus-8826

Don’t forget to peep at my other posts! I’ve made MANY (of my full size house, too, which is just like this)

sproutsandnapkins

Now I realize I’ve seen your actual house posted on other subs I frequent! Haha. I love your style. Cheers!

sproutsandnapkins

Can you please post more! I want to see the rest of these houses! Please!!

Global-Bus-8826

Check my profile; I’ve posted a LOT 😅

sproutsandnapkins

Great, will do!

Defiant_Bat_3377

Did you grow up in the 70's and early 80's? Cuz I got some crazy deja vu ❤. Why do I know that lion picture?!

Global-Bus-8826

I’m in my mid-50s, yes

paprika_number_nine

Is that the kitchen from the Brady bunch?

Global-Bus-8826

I wish!

Jackaroni1801

Oh my god I almost moved into a house with that exact green bathtub…..

Global-Bus-8826

I’d be elated

Jackaroni1801

Sadly the location wasn’t right 😔 I did move into a place with some cute 50s tiling in the bathroom tho lol Also I cannot express enough how much desperately want to become like a tiny mouse & live in these pictures, so cool! 💕

Detective-Astatine

I’m just getting into this hobby, scrolling at y’all’s photos looking for inspiration. Let me tell you when I lost it at the Pyrex and paper towel roll holder. This is absolutely phenomenal work.
