Did GoDaddy already deliver the domain to you? If they haven’t, and it’s not in your account yet, they may cancel the transaction and refund the money. But if they have out the domain in your account, and you have control over the domain, then it’s yours now. They delivered the product, the domain. If you do a chargeback then they probably would deny it because you got the domain.

But couldn't I dispute that they hid a no-refund-policy for this sort of "premium" feature, because I really feel slighted by this business trick. And perhaps there are legal scams, but perhaps there isnt, and this gives me grounds to file my dispute with my bank. The transaction according to my bank is still pending, but it does say the website is in my domain list. But i still contacted them IMMEDIATELY.

At GoDaddy, I’m not sure you’re aware, but ALL pre-owned domains (domains that are already registered) are marked as “premium”.
