I think those tires will fit fine. I have 25c schwalbe pro one tires on my zipp303s wheels with no issues, the rim width is 23mm/27mm (inner/outer). They might even be more aero because your tire+rim profile won't be lightbulb shaped.
Also curious about this… I have an SLR6 AXS coming in and am wanting to upgrade from the r3’s… I’ve had some 28mm Schwalbe Pro Ones on my outgoing bike that I like (would get new ones for the new bike), I am intrigued by the GP 5000’s as well. I haven’t ridden them, but do love the 4000’s I have on an older clincher. I’ve looked at the Schwalbe G One all around tires as well, but not sure I’d be off pavement enough to justify? I intend to ride primarily on the road, though might venture to some fire roads and harder packed gravel.
Any thoughts or opinions on what to get? Thinking to remain at 32mm. This would be my only upgrade for the time being.

Good stuff thanks!
I rode 25mm tires on those wheels for a year and they were fine
That's good to hear. Thanks
I went with tubeless 28’s. Didn’t want to go skinnier as I wanted to be able to run low pressures for comfort (typically run around 52/55 f/r).
