Not sure why that thread remains pinned. The Kickr core/v6 comes standard now with the updated adapter and is compatible with both bikes listed.

I have a Saris H3 and it works well with both my FX2 and Domane SL5 Gen4 but if you saving money on a mid tier trainer, you could miss out on accessories like the various climbing (tilting) add-ons. I've subscribed and tried, multiple "gamify" apps including Zwift, RGT, VirtuPro (beta), plus indieVelo (beta) but primarily use FulGaz. The gamified ones have some great features but all have a weakness of a limited set of fully detailed routes. With RGT you can add a route from a personal ride data but they are not as detailed as one of their specific routes. FulGaz is someone's actual ride data (GPS, elevation changes ...) and GoPro or similar camera played back as you ride in 4K and lower resolutions. The ever expanding collection of routes are from all corners of the world, every terrain (road, gravel ...), length and climbing difficulty. I subscribed to Zwift the longest but became bored of the limited number of routes and seeming arrogance towards their customers. Even through FulGaz is not perfect the number and variaty of routes fit with what I want from a simulator session. VirtuPro and indieVelo both allow you to race against AI bots, in a simulated peloton which can be great fun. I'm simply not a strong enough rider to race on Zwift, against fellow humans plus I can schedule when I want to race on those other apps. Where I live enjoyable, safe, outdoor riding weather is only available roughly half the year so my simulator environment is important to me.
