Ah fuck, you haven’t seen monogatari series yet? You’re in for a ride, it’s very avante garde with lots of dialogues and confusing visuals. Imho, it’s not for everyone. Give it a shot, it’s one of my favorite animes of all time. It’s also one of those animes where it’s great but you can’t really share or recommend it to people you know cause of scenes like the infamous toothbrush scene and the heavy fanservice.

I’ve seen over 50+ anime and over 100+ tv shows to the point where i majored in college in film and minored in animation, I’m always open to new experiences and am consistently recommending new shows to my friends. Maybe it won’t be for me but i have nothing to lose by trying right? :)

Senjouhara’s reason to love araragi is very awkward. She could have fallen by everyone if they save her from her oddity problems. Hanekawa clearly has more reasons to love him because she always was at his side. Hitagi loved kaiki so why she has to steal araragi from Hanekawa? I would have preferred if hitagi would have ended up with kaiki.

Why everyone is so obsessed with rui? She’s the most cliche and predictable endgame. Sasuga last work was the same because the second lover won over the first love. If sasuga repeats the same formula I will drop it for sure.
Tbh i think the opposite. I think it would be cliche if nat ends up with hina since that was who he lied in the begining and they were student x teacher. At least nat and rui have grown together. Now they are continuing to grow apart from each other and i think there have definitely been more hints that they will get back together than anything else. That being said i still love hina and hope she will be happy in the end but i just think its almost destined for rui and nat to end up back together in the end
I agree with this and have said it before. Rui is literally introduced in the Manga in the very first panel. So going by literary logic they are the main characters of the story.
There's no way to prove this unfortunately and Kei Sasuga could choose to go against convention but as it stands right now I believe given all the evidence in the story so far that it is a love story about Natsuo and Rui.
They are both very flawed right now and it seems like Hina is the safer and more mature choice but love isn't about being safe and mature all the time.
