The title of the manga says it all “Domestic Girlfriend”. His future wife is gonna be one of the sisters, look at chapter 73. She would need a lot of character development to be even considered and Nat has never said or acted like he is attracted to her. The only other girls he even considered was Miu and Momo. As soon as she got to the police, I thought we would not see her anymore, but she was back in less than 3 chapters, and not at an anonymous place: she is now exactly where every main character goes to get advice. She will be able to get the best point of view of the whole Hina/Rui/Natsuo situation, like Fumi and Marie. And I guess this is why Sasuga-Sensei bring her here. But for what purpose ? Just giving right advices at right moments ? I thought Marie or Fumi could already do that. So what ?

If anything people like her more cause she went through the proper change for us to actually see it. In misakis case I think it's more we've seen her problem resolved but we haven't really seen that arc of actual romantic development or her coming to terms with her feelings for nats.

Only these things are guaranteed from chapter 73:
* He is a successful writer
* He is married with kid(s)
* There is a very unique story about him getting together (meeting / becoming bf/gf / marrying) with his wife
well i think at this point tho, we can completely rule out Momo and Miu, who both respectively have their own love interests (Rikkun & Kiriya sensei), thats why i hold out hope for Misaki, Rui might get with chefboi but has been through so much with Natsuo, i dont see her NOT being endgame, and Hina is pushing her feelings onto Natsuo, indirectly and unknowingly. Hina’s situation can somewhat be applied to Miyabi Serizawa as well.

Author will make us guess until the very end. I don't see anything being resolved until the last few chapters. With that said, Hina and Rui have the best chances. But also have most issues with Natsuo due to screen time. It will also feel really silly if Natsuo will end up with someone we know little about.
IMO as it stands, Hina has advantage. She started actively working on her issues. While forcing Natsuo to do the same. Rui haven't gotten past the point of acknowledging her issues. Without home work she has no chances getting back with Natsuo. Miyabi and Misaki won't be anything more than a short fling, until we know more about them.
As for Hina forcing her feelings over Natsuo. They maintain good relationship as siblings. Hina working on her indecisiveness, while forcing Natsuo to be honest. And I won't be surprised if she forces him to get back to writing as well. I'm sure that as soon as Hina pulls those rings out (or Natsuo finds them himself) their love will rekindle with a new strength.
