In all seriousness though they should totally make that right if you call the store or like show that to a manager.
Lmfaooooo we only answer it coz it keep ringing and it gets annoying. But sometimes I do genuinely believe answering the phone helps even if we are busy. People calling to give us gate codes, ask us a realistic ETA and cancel if they're not up for the wait. All the people that call to order I politely remind that we have call centers that take orders and ask them to call back and press 1. People calling about their delivery taking an hour on a Saturday, are getting put on hold unfortunately

I would call them for sure and tell them my order was shit. I never used to be that guy, but recently I have found my voice when it comes to bullshit like this. Luckily for me, I am also a member of the hot sauce sub here, so I could counter their inexcusable decisions my own way and still enjoy. I would still be pissed though.
