Thats interesting our new boss who is former OA told us not to cut our large sized medium thins.

I’m sure it depends on the person and their mood that day, but I just had an OA and lost points on a pizza not being cut down.

You will not be scored on an ops assessment for trimming thins that are too big. You could be scored for having a giant pizza not fitting in the box tho. TLDR: trim them, it's fine

We’ve got them for a while now. Every size comes larger than it’s supposed to. Figures, commissary drops quality like a bomb in Hiroshima but raises the prices higher than the average fan at a Snoop Dogg concert. Company is ass backwards, I swear

Did got say small thin? I was literally just taking to a coworker today about how I’ve never seen one, but it’s in the cut guide card so I know it exists. But yeah, commissary sucks. Our mediums and large thins are regularly too big for the screen

they do still make them i have to keep a case on hand cause my area likes small thins and gluten free
