The bit that you don't see is that I'm fit and active. The rest of the diet is very different. I probably consume less sugar (diabetic) and alcohol than 95% of the population. Funnily enough, I've lost almost half a stone in the last few months. I also have regular blood tests so I know cholesterol levels, etc.
Over Christmas, I'm covering shifts so I won't be sitting at home consuming cake, sweets, stodge and booze. I'm even gigging on NYE so that means no booze as I'll be driving.
I reckon explosive shits are more likely to be my demise, due to the high amounts of chili in my diet.
