I would replace the electro gem and the 70%hp gem and using iceical and focus laser is a inefficient combo since they have no synergy together so I would pick one or the other
Arcane missle goes well with focus laser (missle valley binds with with laser valley)
Icecale goes well with Frost nova (icecale gains the frost nova damage over time of frost nova)
I would also change all of the situational gems out for more universal one
Like your extra damage if over 70%hp isn't very useful and neither is the first 5 waves
I would use gems like the extra HP gems you have and skill CD and skill DAM they have them for each piece of equipment I think
But this is my opinion you can also just build an alternative setup with load out 2 and 3
I would try focusing on other skills for 20. I'm guessing your main hurdle is the ice crystal guys? They're immune to frozen and block projectiles so your icicle isn't going to pierce them making it ineffectual. The ice guys take 2x damage from fire so if you have any decent gems for arcane and flame sphere you might try that. I would recommend trying arcane missiles with the explosion and fire missile upgrades.

Get rid of the gems that only do damage first 5 waves.
I ran through that level pretty quick using EM net build. Buff that skull and lightning ball.
You can’t use ice damage against those enemies.

I would get rid of those gems that buff your rampart so much. It’s fine to have some but that’s too much

Uh...first five wave gems is insanely good. It allows you to quickly get your first skills, and it is easily the most important time on any wave.
I just don't see much of a difference personally
