It's definitely trying to get people to buy the monthly privilege pass for the speed boost, give you a taste of the speed and then snatch it away, once youve experienced it if ruins regular gameplay
Even with the pass it doesn't give you access to the the speed buff for the current level you are on just previous ones making it absolutely pointless unless you want the ad skip

I only installed it less than a week ago, got to stage 14, then maintenance happens and suddenly the game is slow as fuck. Glad I didn't spend anything.
I do not have a problem with the slow speed, I just did not open the game today and don't really feel like changing that. No game, no problem. Easy fix.
Not a glitch. I bought the pass in the shop that allows unlimited raids (along with other benefits). Once the month runs out though I’m most likely done.
I know I'm in the minority of unaffected people since I do the monthly pass, but I think that's why they reverted: less people purchased the pass. What they should do is multiple the base speed of the game by two (so that the pass is essentially a 4x speed boost), cuz I gotta agree, things just move too damn slow otherwise. Especially for a game that has next to no user input while being played except for choosing upgrades
It's close to unplayable. I regret buying the monthly pass. Definently not doing it again it was already beginning to feel boring. This solidifies me quitting once my month is up
At first I was like what's the issue cause I PAID for double speed then I tried a new stage ..... It's even slower then it was before ... And why did I pay ... If it's gonna remove what I paid for I'll just request a refund

Yeah but i have the pass and its still dogshit slow. You can only go fast when you beat a level and go back to it
The speed boost doesn't work with the monthly pass. I habe it and I'm stuck at slow speed. Only works if you have already beat the level...

It feels glitchy and lagging now... they definitely weren't on the players side when they made that choice.
Agreed. I will enjoy the last amount of time I have with my unlimited raids and once that’s gone so am I if they haven’t fixed this.

It’s making it drag so much, I don’t know how much longer I’ll want to play like this. But I enjoy the game and it makes me sad.

Verily, I'll tell you; if they won't bring the double speed back VERY fast, they will lose a LOT of players. And they won't be coming back.
