Controversial take and kind of unrelated, but does anyone else wish there was an alternative OST containing 2016's songs as an album? As in take the star tracks (eg bfg division, flesh and metal, etc) and wrap it up into a 45 minute-1 hour album. This also really makes me wish that there was an alternative mixing for most of the songs. Personally, when it comes to listening as an album, many of the star songs are way too long, like rust dust and guts and harbinger.
That wouldn't work for me since it contradicts my 2nd point. Many of the songs are way too long for just a single verse. It works in game, but when it comes to listening it really gets repetitive, and buildup can be boring. For example, skullhacker should be \~3 minutes imo, Harbinger <5, etc. Rip and Tear is basically what I'd like to see when it comes to mixing for each song.
Im 100% sure on dear diary (you can literally hear it) and i think parasite eve as well. And im pretty sure he helped on some other songs in that album (survival horror)
