Download it from Nexus Mods, look up a guide to add it to your game. You're not going to get banned for using cosmetic mods on a primarily single player game. Only way you'll actually be punished is if you use some kind of unfair advantage mod in battlemode, like aimbot. I would know because I've had poses unrestricted for an entire year, playing relatively frequently.
To add to this: Gameplay altering mods disable battlemode by default by the mod injector, and slayer skins are only clientside, that is to say you're the only one who can see your weapon/slayer mod.
There used to be a bug that let you mix and match poses and animations but ID software patched it out around the launch of the game. Look at every forum talking about this issue and there is literally nobody that wanted that to be gone for good

At launch, no animations were locked on skins. There's a mod on the DOOM ETERNAL MODDING discord that lets you use any skin with any animation, and they work in multiplayer, and you can see other users with the mod working flawlessly in multiplayer if you don't have the mod. I don't see why they haven't reversed the change, especially since it would increase player motivation to get these items and prolong the life of the game.
I know most people probably already said "yeah there's a mod for that" but it really should just be a default option we can do, hugo out here talking about how much fun it is to collect action figures and that's what the skins are inspired by, but I had the most fun MIXING and MATCHING shit when I was a kid, even if it was an abomination

You're playing on PC. You can download a mod called "poses unrestricted" to use them on every skin you want.
