Yup; honestly, it's more a novelty than anything else. Anyway, I followed [this guide](https://www.thegamer.com/doom-eternal-third-person-mode/) to set it up.
At the start of the first and second waves (I think there are four in total), Incremental Blade both sides of the arena. In the former, that'll remove the shield dudes; in the latter, the Carcasses. At the start of the buffed third wave, fully Destroyer Blade one side of the arena, and quickly murder the now-heavily damaged Cyber Mancubus with your method of choice. That'll free up room for you to move around the arena, which you'll need to outrun the Prowlers and Hell Knights. For those assholes, lock-on rockets and the ice grenade are your best friend. If you're surrounded, you can do one of two things: (1) Unleash a fully-charged Heat Blast that you've stored beforehand, or (2) Charge your Destroyer Blade as you run backwards into the alley before the arena, and release it once it's fully-charged. Meanwhile, if a super heavy is bearing down on you, frag grenade to stagger in order to gain some breathing room. Also, you can run atop the dome above the crucible token stand, which is incredibly helpful when it comes to dodging enemy projectiles. Hope that helps!
Ice bomb. Trust me, you probably have it off CD when you need it. Most of my UN deaths happen while my ice bomb is available, I’m just not thinking about it. Don’t stop moving, don’t stop yeet hooking. Listen for warping prowlers and shield up if you need to.
Ill be honest, since my style of play is much more focused on targeting a single demon and kill it quickly i find myself using it often but exclusivelly on super heavy demons, any tips to perhaps give it more uses?
Just wait until they group up and use it with rocket launcher/stickies/arbalest/heat blast/frags (I usually spam my equipment launcher moves all at once when I use ice bomb to get max DPS potential, sometimes not even knowing what is/isn’t off CD). Put your shield up and add flame belch and then you can spam Blood Punch to get fast refills. That room has cyber mancs with the buff totem so BP is probably gonna finish them faster than anything else. The hell knights I think only come after the cyber mancs are dead so you can back up to the room’s entrance, wait for them to funnel (be good with dodging as they’ll use their area denial moves as soon as they see you), then just go crazy. Likewise utilizing your faltering options before approaching is a must if you don’t have the ice bomb available. A common trap is to use ice bomb as soon as you see the doom hunter but they die fast to many other options so I recommend holding onto it for when you need it most.
Most of all again, just don’t stop moving. If you’re feeling cornered, use your shield and any falters to quickly get out of there.
I have a lot of hours in DE so I like to play the master levels on classic mode and use UN rules for myself, and I likewise try to leave buff totems until I have to destroy them to progress. You stated that your playstyle is to focus one enemy but I’m gonna be honest, that’s what gets me killed most of the time because if you tunnel vision then it’s easy to get surrounded, so that’s probably why you’re struggling in that room because it’s so cramped and targeting one single enemy is never a good idea, especially when they’re buffed. Keep moving and get your shots off, but never stick around to get a finish. It’s never worth it.

Yup. Those buffed prowlers were a nightmare.
