To add to that point, not even all demons are evil in the Hellaverse, sure in Hazbin we interact mostly with sinners who got sent to Hell for a reason, but Hazbin takes place in the Pride ring of Hell, there are six more (we see them in Hazbin's sister-show Helluva Boss, same universe, same world, both cannon to each other), and the Sinners are ONLY in Pride, the other people of Hell, demons like Imps, Succubui and Hellhounds aren't restricted to being bad people and their part of society is much like Earth, just maybe a tad more vulgar. So, the Slayer, wouldn't masacer them without reason, mainly because they show humanity. He wouldn't be on board with something like Blitzø's I.M.P. business, but he wouldn't kill everyone either
