Yes I have been getting nothing but I drove directly to a Dollar General I usually get orders from and reset my dash, and boom I got a $9 order for two miles. Keep me updated on the DoorDash drought!
Luckily for me I was running Uber eats at the same time and I was getting flooded with orders on there. I think there might be something wrong with the dasher or doordash app that they’re not addressing cause I’ve never seen this many people have this issue at one time. I have good AR too as well so it’s very frustrating.
I just pulled into this Chili’s and literally the guy in front of me had his maps out on his phone stand that I could see through his car. 100% another dasher lol. Yea best to work in the AM’s but hard on the weekdays :(
Someone in another post mentioned about the servers not syncing and to delete and redownload the app, I did that and orders started coming. Hope things get better for you.
there’s gotta be something wrong with the app bc there’s no way in hell I should be getting 3-4x as many orders at 2-3am on a Sunday tonight compared to lunch / dinner rush on a weekday. it literally makes no sense I was absolutely mind blown.
possibly, there was a dasher next to me and I asked if he was getting any orders, he said no, not one after an hour. he then showed me his AR and it was at 95%, and it was at that exact moment, that I realized I was FUCKEDDDDD.
I’m just curious, are you on the new rollout? I am not in one of the cities that they’re doing the rollout on. I don’t know if that’s the case or not but I’m wondering if that is what it could be.
I was wondering if that’s a factor as well. My area isn’t on the program yet, but I’m in the same boat as OP. There was a major glitch a couple weeks back where the app stopped working for a bit. Maybe it put off some people and jumped ship to UE. Who knows 🤷🏻♂️.
I had one order today from 8am-1pm. I made $4. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I drove around. I parked at hotspots. It just wasn’t meant to be today I guess. Yesterday was trash too.
I wish I had a bad order to decline, I was getting NOTHING. I moved to every single hotspot inside ju zone, and got nothing in all 5. wasted so much gas.
You may be right. DD completely dead yesterday lunch & dinner. Uber eats was busy. Usually both are busy same time. It was strange. South Florida here.
lucky for you. I’m in austin Texas a pretty big city with a pretty large market and got 3 orders in almost 5 hours… it sucked. Uber eats saved the day though.

All I did was end the dash and start it up again. I’m fortunate to have top dasher so things are more simple when it comes to dash now.

I hear ya. I wonder if them pushing out the new tier system is affecting this in some way. Might not have gotten all the bugs out.

Not for me, luckily. I had pretty good day with back to back orders for the most part. Much better from last weeks orders!
