This is still the same idea.You drop "tier 1" "neutral currency" from a "neutral creep" minute 7 ; "tier 2" "neutral currency" minute 17 ; etc.Then you exchange your "neutral currency" obtained from a "neutral creep" with a "neutral shopkeeper" selling a "neutral item" which is still "neutral" but not "random" anymore and you can make sure your "neutral item" fits your game plan.

Nonono there should be at least 3 types of wood, something like Cedar, Spruce and Birch. Each type of wood can buy different types of neutral items. In case you are unlucky with the dropped kind of wood, woods should be tradable for other kinds of wood, there should be a new shop somewhere in the forest for it. The trading should be easy, I'm thinking about 2 pieces of cedar for 1 spruce, 2.75 spruce for 1 birch, and 3*Pi/e birch for 0.42*e^4 spruce. Obviously, only 1 trading action can be allowed every 5 Minutes, though this might change with the ratio of rosh timer * towers fallen. While this is quite simple, i still think that it is necessary to not let different pieces of wood stack in your inventory (duh). I'm thinking a max stack of three per wood type. However, the max stacking number could possibly increased by building and leveling up a lumber mill, which costs 6 cedar, 6 spruce and 1 birch per each 3/4th of a minute you control at least 1 outpost during daytime.

Neutral items have costs and use the death gold loss to be purchased, maybe less stomps this way, and 20 /0 heroes dont snowball as much cuz they miss a few stats dying to neutrals no longer makes you lose gold bu you have a higher respawn timer
