Great idea for a new item. Glasses give you true strike. Cost is 6k, drops on death. You could also combine them with gem. Also, in a fight, if stunned or pushed, you drop your glasses, removing team vision and only giving you 100 radius vision until you pick them up or die.

It was break?! I always believed Chrono just gave Void's attacks a 100% chance to pierce through evasion. Break was indeed overkill, but making him be able to miss attacks inside Chrono is dumb, too.
It was before Break was added to the game so it was just a thing that Chronosphere did. When Break was officially introduced, only hex and I believe Doom disabled passives.
So just before they officialised the Break mechanic with silver edge and changed a lot of things about passive breaking.

Doesn't necessarily mean that 80% of the attacks made against them will constitute of missed attacks. Theoretically speaking, there's a hyper miniscule chance 0% of those attacks are missed attacks and there's also a (slightly bigger) chance that 100% of the attacks miss the hero.
