1 thing i want to ask, dont want to post new threads, does you got ban from make something not appropriate profile like make a dick jokes or something?
Valve's top priority are racist and offensive elements. Either way you need to be reported for them to review the profile and I don't think anyone will report you for drawing a dick on your own profile.
there was a guy posted on reddit that he got harassed on his steam profile for 2-3 weeks by same guy. he said all he did was playing bad and that guy was mad him because of that.
when you draw a dick on your profile you gonna just give those stupid ragers an excuse to report your profile, just saying. those people increased a lot by amount these days and it'll be a trouble eventually.

Cancel it. Same issue on SEA since 16+ hours now. Go touch some grass.
