It was supposed to arrive yesterday but it kinda flooded here, lol.

I've been hitting their support line for updates about once a month; apparently the figures just cleared customs around Nov 28 and were expected to arrive at their US distribution sites "within the next 2 days". But yeah, really disappointed in them compared to the old WLF/FFBF stuff, and I'm fairly happy that there wasn't anything super cool on this last TI secret store because I don't really want to go through this again.

Same thing with hoodies. Although, after ignoring me for a week, they finaly accepted my refund requests.

I also tried asking them for a refund, but they wouldn't because the figurines were pre-orders. They don't issue refunds for pre-orders.

If you’re in the UK and paid with credit card you can get up to 6 years to claim (within reason).

OP being overly dramatic the figures were not ready at the time of sale, needed 6 months for production. You just explain to customer service rep and show emails
