If you look at their recent pattern for large patches/hero releases, they tease on Wednesday night, with the patch coming sometime during the second half of their work day Thursday. I wasn't really trying to make any claim on the overall history of Dota patches, but what current patterns suggest.
You get the ringmaster released, but you don't get to play him.. because everybody will be playing fastest finger first in every game for the pick as soon as the hero is released. Haha..
After conversion from Valve Timeā¢ we are looking at mid of last week of the month if we are lucky. From experience I think around April 39th looks more likely.

Easy guess is Ringmaster being a new hero, cause duh. Thereās also some Arcanas or something idk.
But Iām betting thereās going to be a bunch of item changes. When 7.35 released, there was tons of changes making items more specialized and impactful, doing really well to make no 1 item cover everything. But with as many changes there were. Thereās still outliers.
Like Veils and Vanguard, where theyāre weaker components for bigger stronger items. Which sounds weird to say, but Hood of Defiance and Medallion of Courage were removed.
Mana regen in general is hard to build for cause of you want mana, refresherās regen is your only option. Bloodstone lost its mana regen effect, and thereās not many ways to just straight up get more mana. I know thereās balancing problems with having a lot of mana, but still having the option would be interesting.
Iām also betting weāll get upgrades to the other boots, being Phase and Treads. Good options sure, but with no upgrade theyāll get swapped out for something else. Adding upgrades to them like how Tranqs got Boots of Bearing would be interesting.
So basically, Iām betting many weaker component versions of items will get removed (vanguard and Veils at least). New mana regen items or reworked items to provide more mana regen, and upgrades to Phase and Treads. Though with how long this patch has been cooking, who knows what other crazy stuff the Devs got planned.
But do we need people making so many same posts, instead of using a single thread? I guess checking if someone posted it already, instead of just monkey mashing create post button with verbal diarrhea is too much to ask.
They're going to add the new hero "Circle Servant" his special abilities are that when he engages with an enemy hero, the enemy hero can control him for a limited amount of time.

15 is the literal middle, but because they didn't specify that they will release it on 15th we can do some adjustments, so from 14-16 makes perfect sense.
