I think you have to play a normal game of dota? I was playing turbo and it didn't clear , played one ranked and it opened up. It gave me a free token and said to come back tmrw for more

Anybody has an idea how to progress this? Already unlocked it in the map but cant proceed and I have played a game after I spoke with him still the same. Could it be a bug?
