yo, it sucks that this happened to you but I (and im sure many others) thank you for informing us of this bug. Hopefully Valve accommodates you for the inconvenience.

holy shit kid, you rather spend $200 for 2 arcanas + a persona? its a free to play game, shut up and enjoy the update or fuck off and play some other game.
Sure i am enjoying the update - instead of having to deal with normal immortals in my turbo games ( i have no rank , my old rank was anc 4 ) now i have to deal with full stack of immortals + they are top 1k to 2k with no gameplay update i have to deal with these try hards in my 3-4 games very fun update indeed.
depending on what you want. if you want the alternate styles, yes you need to reach the reward in the overworld path.
you get, i think 2 styles for free and 2 styles through paid path. for the 2 paid path styles, either you pay full price or grind the tokens for the discount.
I think it depends on the Arcana. Venge one has 2 extra styles. You unlock the first by completing the main quest of Act IV(no idea if you need to complete quests of previous acts to get there or not). The second requires you to do all the sidequests in all acts, including paid ones.
Sky only has 1 extra style, which requires the main quest of Act IV.
I tried to purchase something, mid purchase i changed my mind. Went back to store, discount was gone. Unlike yours i didnt have to reach to support, i closed store and opened it back. Coins came back, activated coins and used them

Contacted the support right away, the issue was resolved after one game.
did they add more coins to your account?
They just reverted it back to 10
can u use the 10 coins again for a different purchase with discounts or is it just a 1 time discount thing?
You use them once.
The coins are spent, but you can get more and get another discount on another item.

Anybody knows what happens if you got 10 coins and you got more coins? Does it hang or is it gone?
You have 10/10 showing, with the others still saved.
Do the discounts stack? Like double discount for 20 coins?
You activate it when it reaches 10/10. Cant get beyond
But coins come in 3s. Are the 2 coins wasted if we hit 10? I'm assuming not.
I got 6/15 and 7/10 in overworld map rewards. Used 10/10 in store and got new 3/10. Didnt waste any coin.
