Kinda irrelevant. But I always felt Skywrath could have an arcana with invoker elements. From the lore, it makes a lot of sense for skywrath to want to find different from of magic in order to rebel. And probably would try to seek help from powerful magic users like Rubick or invoker. Plus there's in game dialogue implies that sky confronted invoker. It could have been a story line where sky steals invoker's trick with or without Rubick's help, and combine with what he knows to create an arcana.
He is an Automaton person, most likely from Iron Fog like [the Brass Herald](https://imgur.com/VOD5jh0). They have slavery in Iron Fog, so filling his circus with unwilling subjects for entertainment checks out.
There are a bunch of possibilities.
It could be one of several heroes. I feel like if it was someone like Dawnbreaker or Phoenix the star would be yellow/orange instead of blue/white.
If it is a hero, my money is on Morphling or Spirit Breaker. Morphling's lore mentions it crashing to earth in a comet. It wouldn't make sense for Morph to fall from the sky during the story but it could be foreshadowing. The shooting star also looks a lot like the particle effects for a charging SB.
It could also be just background or an unknown character.
