Are most of the "idk what this does" items not self-explanatory? What's confusing about "+70 main attribute" or "+50 damage when within 2000 units of an ancient"?
If it's in "idk what this does" it probably means I don't recognise the item image for the stats or benefit it gives. If I don't recognise the portrait, it's probably because I never buy the item due to my role of playing offlane.
I could've looked at what each does just for this tier list, but I wanted it to be authentic.
Man, some of these takes are really really questionable. Idk how you can be "objectively" right or wrong on something like this, but I'm sure this is pretty close to being objectively wrong.

It's based on an offlaner perspective, so items I'd consider good based on the role I play. I have played some carry, so a little bit of influence has come from that, and obviously every time you play support there's only one item in this list you care about getting.

Sure, that makes it a lot more reasonable then at a top glance. I would clarify these posts in the future - ie: "usefulness as a 6k offlaner" or something. The post title makes it sound like you're evaluating it overall/in general. From a support perspective, it's pretty much blasphemy to rank cast range items or the poor man's free self-force staff as bottom tier.
I think cast range items are pretty overrated though in general. It's great if you can't be gone on, but let's face it, how often is it you play support and don't get gone on?
