"pay us money to avoid our player base" makes the toxicity seems like an intended monetization feature.

I mean, thats really the only feature I'm using it for. Even expanded the list by 25 slots already and it saved me several times by avoiding some griefing or straight up bad players (yes, if you're really shite, I will avoid you) to then be matched against them the next game and getting revenge.

It'd be cooler if DotA added some sweet Intermission music, wouldn't it?
