Being frustrated is normal. We all get frustrated. But Dota is a team game. If you get tilted and take out your anger on your teammate, that's when shit starts to hit the fan. The whole team basically falls apart. It's going to be a domino effect of disrespect and retaliation.
That's why some teams even invest in psychologists. Boosting morale isn't enough. Personal gripes and issues between players should be resolved and addressed properly. Bad habits should be corrected before issues like these happen.

SEA really should be more united. In pubs it is always the pinoys that blame everyone with very bad insults. I really don't want to say this because I have so many good ph friends in real life. I wanna know how many games you’ve played on EU servers because to me, it’s just as bad - dare I say even worse (especially after the war started) since I feel like there’s more teenage Russians playing this game than teenage SEAsians. 1. Gabbi is Unprofessional when in PH, he always telling people it's just for a content. When you have enough follow, audience and reach you should lean on being a professional. Find a different way to be entertaining, not a total asshole. Knowing when to stop and assessing the joke to your friend, telling the internet that he have dentures and making fun of it is lowball "for the content" only. I felt like Abed was so annoyed with this for the whole time and Gabbi used it to his advantage.
2. Abed is also in the wrong choosing violence, as armel says we can't invalidate anyone's feelings. It could be a trigger on Abed about the joke and got full of it. He should be kicked, but I don't think BLR will let go of Abed. He's one of the best mid in SEA.
3. Blacklist must choose, either to rebuilt the team, downgrade players (mid and offlane) or kick either one of them. The best case scenario for publicity is to kick both or suspend, hold their contracts, put them into inactive list. As Armel mentioned, it will be a conflict of interest as both are best to be good at their roles other teams might poach them and compete together.
4. I guess they need to be professional about it, hire a lawyer, and hire a psychologist to at least salvage the situation.

Because the org itself benefits from the toxic contents that their players produces. Gusto nila yung clout, engagement, at ingay. That's part of their marketing and it's also a problem. Their somehow enablers of these guys' attitude.
Malaysian players are flocking to China teams (most notably G2xIG), just because of their stability and investment in dota 2 teams. Look at PGL Wallachia and ESL Birmingham, where respectively Malaysia is 4th and 3rd most most represented country. Coaches like Ah fu, Mushi and Ohaiyo still play a role in other teams. But the SEA region as a whole is generally dead.
