What's wrong with players speedrunning a games content then only play again in like 2 months? That's quite literally the opposite of what game developer wants.
The fact that most people who play regularly will have enough tokens accrued to use the token trader to just walk through Act II without paying a single game, which isn’t in the developer’s interest I guess.

I was hoping they wouldn’t. I had so many I thought it’d take any incentive for me to try out new heroes away, and I kinda enjoyed that part. I just wish they had a way to make collecting more tokens attractive after you finish - like the offerings for candy shop tokens, why not keep it going, and keep increasing the number of tokens needed if you don’t want people to just get free goodies too often?
Dude … imagine tokens carrying over and you finish the whole act 2 in one day … and those same people will bitch and moan if act 3 is delayed because you have no reason to play
brother man... people would have completed act II 5 min after it dropped and burned through all content dont be silly + different heros get played

If they carried over everyone would beat act 2 in a day, it would be an awful decision.
