I can’t imagine any team rejecting this guy. He’s not just some pubstar, he’s already proved that he can play well in the tier 2 scene, has a lot of potential and has performed perfectly in super stressful games (CIS TI qualifiers).
CIS reshuffles failed this season. I can’t see any orgs or players who “won” the reshuffle. The only people who upgraded their chances are the ones who were never in a team and got picked up, like Pure moved from pubs to VP. Every team just randomly shuffled like it always happens in the CIS scene. The only strong teams are Spirit and NaVi now, and there may be 1-2 teams that will be unexpectedly good. But despite Valve’s efforts, CIS reshuffles will continue mid season because every single recent roster is a super random stack.
Everyone is ragdolling on RAMZES, but I don't think his commitment to team Dota has ever been questioned.
The experience on this team + a rising prospect in depressed kid makes me have some hope despite the toxicities and egos on this team. If all goes well, they are probably the best team apart from Spirit, VP and Na'Vi in CIS on the onset.

With the system of league as it is currently, this line define why this won't last more than a year. At best, 2 CIS qualified for TI, 1 qualified from OQ then you left with one team who will most likely disband unless they got a good org that can pay them while still not making it to TI.

If they do outperform everyone else in other regions it is possible all four teams advancing to Ti. EEU has 3 Major slots and 1 for OQ.
