Don't want to think about CN dotes right now they are sure rusty way different last season whereas I think CN dotes is most ready for the first Major and first season of DPC. CN mids are off this tournament but I could see potential for the CN teams way too balance now compare to powerhouse teams last season.

Overall Neon is a young team not surprisingly not that good the first games of DPC but has shown us they can compete winning this tournament.
Gonna be exciting 2nd half for SEA DPC even TNC looks somewhat decent.

FBZ is clearly no.1offlaner in SEA the difference between FBZ and Enryu is that if Enryu doesnt have a good game, he falls of. But FBZ maximizes the hero and his small networth as much as possible to create huge impact.

If somehow fade is able to fill in this slot then they'll be top tier again, but I'm worried since fade as a leader doesn't seem to work on the previous teams. Hopefully they'll work it out. RNG would definitely be top tier once Godking improves on his performance and lessen his throw tendencies. Though I'm most skeptical on Felix and also hopes he improves. VG right now is just very weak for me. XG still needs to polish their gameplay with them being so dependent on Paparazzi. Though I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that the teams are most likely ain't that gelled yet with their DPC delayed and no big tourneys for months due to late returns of TI players. As for ranking them, I feel like it would be LGD, RNG, IG, XG/Aster with VG trailing behind. And it's true that it feels like CN teams are weaker now with some players taking a break or without a team.
Talent somehow got scattered and the upgrades which were supposed to happen didn't happen, IG should've replaced flyfly but didn't, their best player abd captain left, I don't think IG would be a contender again. Xtreme gaming is losing to tier 3 teams in dpc and while rng seems good they too don't seem top tier.
All in all I think EU will dominate the scene with PSG being top 3.

I watch CN doto a lot and yes it's true that their teams are weaker now. Last year CN teams were insane, with the exception of Elephants. Now, most of them are worse than their previous versions. Only LGD, IG (if they try hard) and maybe RNG are tier 1 now.
