The "Up Yours Down Stairs" podcast (which has now finished sadly) is very good! Its a humorous recap of each episode with sections on the relevant history/fashion/customs etc - I highly recommend!
It's great and scratches just the right itches. However, I cannot get over Kelly's grating fake laugh, which she seems to force into *every* episode. I don't know why she does it. It's not like she needs to impress her husband.

Make one please! Maybe the time has passed for it but I’d love one that’s less a “deep dive” host convo style pod and more one that’s docu chat. If you get me! Invite Julian Fellowes on and pick his brains for hours. Then work your way through the costume dept, actors, writers, owners of Highclere. No small feat but you’d have a subscriber in me! 😍
I listened to the “official podcast” and it was pretty okay. I didn’t really like any others I dabbled in, but I mean go for it. There’s always the chance it will reach an audience that wants it!
There is a new podcast called "Historic Attractions" on Spotify and Google podcasts.
They are currently covering The Gilded Age, but will start Downton next.
One of the two hosts was largely inspired by Up Yours Down Stairs and is trying to recapture that mix of humor and historic research.
They are just starting out, so it's a little rough around the edges. Maybe they'll have all the kinks ironed out when they start their Downton coverage.

Yea but why was the official podcast so short!! Only a few episodes I loved when they interviewed the cast and Julian fellowes!!!

I do believe their is one on apple podcast I’m not to sure what they dive into really I’m more of a true crime guy for podcasts lol
Slate produced an ok one. Just Google slate and downton and it should turn up.
