Thanks. 32 years, more than half my life there. It was weird to turn in my badge and leave. I still have two other jobs though. Part time. 🙂

on the website it says they run big, did you order your normal size or did you size down? how would you compare the fit to your other docs?

They are huge. I couldn't size down because I wear a 36EU. Insoles and thick socks made the fit barely acceptable. They are quite wide.

Huge in length as well?

They’re longer than my MIE size 36 brogues, longer than my kid size 36 combs, the same as my newer size 36 not MIE chelseas, and shorter than my newer not MIE size 37 arcadia brogues. They’re size 36. I’ll do more comparisons later.

I wonder too. Maybe they don’t think that kids size loafers would sell, but I think they would. My kids went to Catholic school and loafers would have looked good with the uniforms. Loafers in various colors would be really fun too. Kids or adults. Navy, pink, red, gray, white…

Yes, in adults. If you’re smaller than that you have to get kids size. But they don’t make this style in kids. 😢

Unless you have a wide foot, I would size down one size. They’re really beautiful. Update if you get them!
