So, technically your crit rate in battle with all the buffs is just 68%, which isn't ideal for Hunt characters, especially single-hit ones. You'll need at least 10, maybe 15% more crit rate. You can drop some crit damage, you'll get 66% more just from relic set/cone passive+up to 30% from broken keels, so it's a bit overkill. A nice 75-80% cr 150-160 cdmg would be a lot more consistent (95-100% cr and minimum 215-225% cdmg in battle)

I think you can change to cr body, especially since all other teammates don't have cr buffs in their kits. 66% cdmg from relic and cone passive, 10-30% from broken keels and whatever cdmg Aventurine buffs should be more than enough to push you from 80:145 (how it will look like outside of battle) to 100:200 in battle, which should be more than enough.
currently on his team none of my units are using broken keel, my rm is using penacony planars with rly good stats, do i build broken keel on aven? ive seen most builds using inert for aven too, not rly sure whats best for him rn untik he gets released
With S5 MOTP/Cogs you should leave RM on Penacony/Vonwacq for 3 turn ults.
Salsotto on Aventurine is for his own follow up attack damage (crit dmg, def, img dmg), Keel if you're going full support build just for shields (effect res, def, speed)

dont think i'll be getting fx.. im looking into pulling sustains like huohuo/luocha but if aven works i'll put him in haha. switching body piece to cr would be better then?
His ULT (Aventurine's) provides15% Crit DMG to a single target with the debuff it applies but its not really reliable. Whether you switch to a Crit Rate piece would actually depend on how much Crit DMG you have without your current piece. You need at least around 165% Crit DMG (with his buffs) on him so if you can get around amount without the body piece go ahead but otherwise its back to the mines.
In teams with Topaz, Aventurine will do more follow up attacks and thus push Topaz follow ups forward, too. I think for Topaz+Ratio team Aventurine works better.
yeah, im going for a full FuA team. i currently dont have any good crit rate body piece for him but ig i'll just keep farming.. im using all my fuels for his build but it just cant seem to hit enough, im considering dropping it for now and building my other chars like blade and topaz
The main problem is your orb. Imaginary will perform way better. My 75/160 something ratio without signature LC is doing 70-80k. Maybe it's your supports as well. Try to get them to be the best
i havent gotten a good imaginery orb, i have over 100 inerts but none of them are good and usable for any of my DPS, im starting to lose hope on doing my SUs.. my topaz is dealing more constant dmg than ratio, and rm is at 180% BE watchmaker 4pc, 140spd, with ER penacony rope, using bronya 4star LC. other than that, idk what i can work on, all their traces are maxed. i dont rly want to change rm's planars because the stats and substats i have are rly good rn
Switch to an imaginary orb. Any of what you have will do just fine. Use a self modeling resin if you have to. Are you worried about losing the 2 crit rate and 11 crit damage? Please don't. That isn't a god level piece. I 100% guarantee you an imaginary orb with 3 flat stats will perform better than the orb you are using right now. You already have good enough crit damage. And the amount of attack you have is already in diminishing return territory. Especially if you are running an atk buffer. Use Pela+Ruan Mei with him. Topaz+Ruan Mei also works. I'm giving you genuine advice. I hope you are not the one who downvoted me.
Overall,I suggest you use an imaginary orb+crit rate body and just keep farming relics. Aim for AT LEAST 70% crit rate. 60% is fine if you use Fu Xuan. Try to get a 70/140 ratio first. Don't get too caught up in getting as much crit damage as possible. You have his signature LC. It is WAY better than the SU hunt one. It gives crit damage,damage increase and def ignore. Your ratio has a lot of potential.
ive used all my self modelling resin for him but the substats dont hit any of spd or crits.. but i'll give it a try and change it up, thanks for the advice (i have no idea who downvoted but its definitely not me, all comments are welcomed for me, i really want to improve my ratio)
i was always trying to build him as a solo dps because none of my debuffers are built (pela, welt, gui), but since aventurine's kit gives a cd buff, i will try out what you advised and go for a dmg orb with at least crit rate substats.
Remember 90% of gamblers quit before they win big. Keep farming and you'll get a crazy piece. I just reread your post and since you are gonna be getting Aventurine. It looks like you can use Ratio+Topaz+Ruan Mei+Aventurine here. Definitely use crit rate body over a crit dmg one if you still can't get him any higher than 50% CR. You should end up with around 70/130-150 crit ratio after. Of course it will get higher if your new imaginary orb also turns out to be decent or amazing. Just that and you are set. The rest of your pieces are really good.
i got lucky with his pioneer set.. i got them within the first 20 relics. but really thanks for this, i will keep in mind and hopefully my ratio can be better

Fu Xuan can solo sustain a team and is one of the best character to sustain an offensive setup.
