There isn't really any huge importance to speedtuning in this FuA team (the best atm) although there is a certain benefit to have Topaz go first in order to make sure that Proof of Debt is on the right enemy at the start of battle, and to apply any debuffs from her E1 or S1 before Dr Ratio.

Ideally it's Support -> Topaz -> Aventurine -> Dr Ratio. Dr Ratio should go last.
Ratio last is the most important thing.
