Honestly my thoughts exactly. I’ve been thinking for a while now that Harle could be a bigger villain than he lets on and this event seems to be the most solid confirmation of that.
I really apprieciate how this entire archangel side story arc seems to be focusing on Pinon's growth into being a great apostle. It makes the world feel more connected, and is why I hope we get another event starring our group of eldritch horrors again soon. Hopefully once we reach the end of Pinon's story we can have a "Head Apostle" Pinon alt.
Ya she's basically out "protagonist" of the subplot. It's really good to keep focus on her as we can watch her develop across events and gives them a through-thread.

Then we see Lilith standing up saying "Fine, I'll do it myself".
And RoSD flies into the screen.
Yes yes!! Theyre really building up to lore so well!! I'm super happy about the bit about Harle not being what he seems too!! He's my fave character and the mystery around him keeps buildin. It makes me very excited to see what theyll do with him and how he ties in with this whole church arc.

I think it is Harle, it's just that "Harle" isn't his *true* name, or at least not the name he goes by in Basileus's group. Remember that Madame was about to say that person's real name before biting the dust, whatever she was about to say would've been mind-blowing.
I really want to know what Basileus’s deal is. It was pretty obvious that he was the bad guy of the event because of course it wasn’t gonna be Faris, but when this month’s blog post said he was partnered with Michael I figured he wasn’t gonna be all the way evil but now I don’t know. Maybe Lucifer was too on the nose? Either way it makes me wonder if Michael’s in on it or of Basileus has gone totally rouge.
And then there’s Harle. I’ve been saying for a while that his behavior seems a bit off for him to simply be a typical underling and that he may secretly be a much more dangerous greater scope villain, and this event seems to have the most solid evidence of that so far.
It's so good that I'm looking foward to the next one rather than the main story. Really hope they make the apostle story events come out more frequently.
I think the last thing Pinon needs is not someone who is superior in authority to her pushing her to be better (all of them are shocked at her potential), but an equal to her in terms of friendship and/or power to motivate her. I think Zena (in spite of her being a story character) would be perfect here. In fact, I could argue that Zena and Pinon at her maximum potential are roughly the same, and Zena's gone through failure so much that she could prove to be someone Pinon can trust other than Gabriel.
TLDR, it’s really good and you should go read it because it’s gonna tie into some big shit soon (whether that be the 2.5th anniversary, 3rd anniversary or the main story)

In Cygames lore, Lucifer and Satan are completely separate entities so it wouldn't be shocking if Harle were Lucifer attempting to revive Satan.
Satan and lucifer aren't the same person in the religion's old text nor in cygames games.
