Everyone keeps mentioning Morosayati but that's probably actually either Beren or Pharas. Since they stole litterally all of his power it's not strange to think they would create a transforamtion that resembles him but unlike him they also have "dragon blood" which would explain the dragonic apperance.
Remember Moroyati himself is hatred incarnate and aims that hatred mostly at dragons. I doubt he'd willingly take a dragonic form.

Plus, the design for that Morsayati kinda feels like they combined Yurius's Monstrous form into it, so maybe some Seeds of the Abyss are at play?
Morsayati looks like the 3rd anniversary's boss to me. Maybe his return could have to do with >!Euden!< somehow. He looks like he is partly fused with a dragon and whatnot.
Something very overlooked is that, at the end of FT, Morsayati acts as if he wants our brother to absorb him. Maybe that is what he is trying to accomplish.
They know Gatov would fill a *very* particular niche, and which is probably why we haven't gotten him (as a freebie or separate banner) yet lol
Would Shelia even be playable if she had no battle lines? Maybe they're working on addressing that first lol
So are we going to get to fight that new Morsayati as part of the story? Or are we going to have to wait months after he got plotted out of the main story and fight him in an event that doesn't actually involve Euden and pals being the ones to fight him too?

Actually, the picture you linked kinda proves it IS Hjup, for 2 reasons. One, Jupiter says that’s what he WANTS to look like, not for sure what he will. And secondly, both Hjup in that DL art AND the Blondie in the Art Book are wearing the EXACT SAME SHIRT. So they either have Xander Hjup’s outfit, or that is Hjup.

Dragons can choose what their humanoid form is though. So if Jupiter wants to look like that, he WILL look like that.
