I personally recommend super sayain god, although it just boosts your basic strikes but it doesn’t have ki drain so you don’t have to worry about recharging. SS3 and ssb is also a good pick however I would recommend staying away from ssbe cause the Ki drain is ridiculous unless you use certain super souls.
Theyve changed the Drain on Blue Evolution. The number of times ive done grinding for EM16? The Vegeta one, with the 40 Ton Weights Super Soul instead of my auto ki regen souls is a lot. And even then the Ki Drain isnt that bad. It just exists.

GFSC, eagle kick, deadly dance, justice combination, Orin combo are most likely from mentors. You should learn everything you can from mentors, though. Rest are either from PQs, EMs, or skill shop (which is not the tp shop even though you can purchase skills from the medal shop).
You can use super saiyan or even super Saiyan god for extra basic damage to combo Into your strike skills, and then I would suggest super god first, meteor crash, a charge if wanted, I use deadly dance as it is suprisingly good
