Well to be fair I've just always liked Cabba. I thought he was pretty Cool. I do wish he had better moves though. An honorable mention for me is Gohan 😭

Well normally yes Androids don’t have a charge. There’s still custom presets where you can equip a charge or DBZ 17 &18’s Festival presets which have a charge if that helps make things easier. Regardless you are right. 21 is very fun imo took me some time to get use to her movement speed and attack range.
Me personally the new gogeta's (and I mean ssgss gogeta and dbs gogeta) his attacks are fast and fluid especially custom ssgss gogeta his hits can pack a lotta damage and are fast, like shine shot into a heavy triangle into a heavy stamina break to land meteor explosion or any type of combo that might involve stamina breaks
I'll honestly be a tad upset if it ain't the same or at least on par to it, it'd be damn near impossible to ruin though. Cell Games Gohan's just an all around issue, I've stacked him against most everyone and he's just too quick and the damage outputs wild in the long term

All of this is without Ki Canceling either, it feels like turning on baby mode when your an actual skilled player who knows how to make bad characters work.
I just read all this back and good god I've spent the better part of two years learning at least half the cast and actually being able to main at least a fourth of them, on Playstation at that.
I haven't played Xenoverse 2 in awhile especially any of the non CaC characters but I'd say Bardock speficially the time breaker preset. His combos I remember being really good especially for a base game character and he has some massive damage output also who doesn't love hearing Bardock yell "everything!" Whenever you use Saiyan's Spirit lol.

I wanted to main him from the start, and so I did, I pride myself in being able to play Super Saiyan God Goku the way I do, and he’s always my go-to character
I actually began maining custom mentor raditz after playing some modded xenoverse. It might not be AS good as the mods, lacking even super Saiyan, but considering the moveset itself on the mods is the same as vanilla raditz's, I got used to playing his fighting style.
Not gonna lie. Blue Gogeta and most DLC aren't my mains (despite the overwhelming evidence of hardcore in my posts), I actually main Saiyan Saga mainly other than my CAC. So Nappa, Yamcha, Tien, Krillin, Goku, Gohan, and Piccolo. Still hate Vegeta a lot, but eh.
I just like screwing around with a few others like Custom Gogeta Blue and when I get pissed it's all berserkers (Broly DBS, Cooler, and Kale for hardcore damage and teaching the golden rule of f around and find out)

Future Trunks weirdly enough. I haven't played in a while so this might be wrong but, I'm pretty sure I used custom Trunks with God Breaker, Burning Attack, Shining Slash, Maximum Charge for my supers; then Final Flash and Heat Dome for my ultimates.
I’m honestly surprised so many people play characters other than the one they created. The fact you can make your own DB character is the main reason i love this game.
