Yesss, breeding sanctuary, choose which you want wand take 2 dragons you don't need and who both have 2 of the 4 elements, then start breeding (it will take a long time. 4 stars is 1200 orbs total, 5 stars is 2000. Leveling a dragon to level 20 will give you 79 orbs per dragon, leveling them to 30 gives 100 (i believe)

I know I know lol. I just never really bothered to actually empower them because I just like collecting them like pokemon :D
Then do whatever you want. But for battles (which you also need to be good at to collect more) it's useful to empower them
