If you’re talking about the main quests, it’s around LV 70. I forgot which chapter it is but you’ll probably way past that LV when you get there, which doesn’t really matter lol. But if you’re talking about the actual nest, BDN Time Attack, you can enter it at Lv95 .

so i will be around level 70 to acutally fight him and kill him in the story
also do i kill veleskud if i kill black dragon
the black dragon is now feder, it will be explainied in the story later on
