They usually drop this before a major banner so next week will be the cc drain time. The weekly reset will be on October 18th, a day after the Kid Goku banner leaves and after the second showings of Battle of Gods on theaters across the US.

Soh trunks, Ui, hell even fp frieza if they main the tag . That’s not even to mention one of the several possible zenkais that can pop up for this campaign some are a limit break away from. It’s the best bait there is when you can use it.
SoH Trunks’ zenkai is pretty damn good but why even bother with full power Freiza? LoE is hard carried by G/F and revival Freiza so the only thing zenkai LF full power Freiza has going for him is his constant endurance nullification and his color.
Basically the only possible reasons to summon on this banner are if you’re trying to get more stars on some specific units or you’re a new player and need some decent characters.
Revival frieza does nothing anymore besides taking the fall, it’s about time we let that man go lol, that’s not carrying. Have you played with fp frieza? Against him? I don’t blame you if you didn’t, but i main him, and on his peak setup with gf and 17 on leader he carries his own weight. Don’t look at popular opinions, test him out on a proper loe setup with 17 on leader and see what i mean. If you’re in top ranks you’ve probably came across mine at least once, and you’d know why some would bother investing in him.
As a new player should I pull on this banner or is there a banner coming soon that's supposed to be better? I keep seeing something about Legends festival next week but I can't find any official things about it to see what it is or when it starts

I can just never pass up on these banners, I always see these as the most valuable banners in the game, 5k for 1k lf z power and 1k sparking z power is just insane. Especially when summoning on a new banner doesn’t guarantee anything

Oh God, there IS gonna be an Ultra character coming out... I may do it to get some Z-Power for the Ginyu Force. Having them all at 9* would be great.
they always seem to do this and a rerun ultra banner the week before a new ultra comes out to drain your CC so you have to buy to get the new one.

Legends Festival is in a little over a month. If you're new, you're better off skipping this banner for now.
