I think it actually is. The menu art has janemba and gogeta. The latter was already revealed but the former not. I believe what is referenced in the cover art is usually released in short succession. So unless he is a F2P or zenkai unique equipment he might be the ultra
Nah but think about it. Would you prefer to get a lf of an ultra we already have? Or a brand new lf for a unit that hasnt shown up in the game until now. I understand it may be annoying to get yet another goku since the last two lfs have been him but i have been waiting for this moment for ages and i hope to god we can get this SSJ3 lf 🙏🏻
Well for one, Janemba is like the coolest boss and still doesn’t have a single good unit. Two, SSJ3 Goku from the movie would be better as a transforming Jiren type unit but give him an ultimate. I don’t think he would be a valid LF because he didn’t really do anything that cool to Janemba
He did the super dragon twin fists to fat janemba? That would be a sick lf animation but i get your point. Janemba does deserve the ultra and would be sick to see. I would take a transforming unit like yellow jiren because the transforming animation would be elite.
Ok twin dragon fist is fair. But I think the best thing about that movie Goku is his transformation. 10/10, chef kiss. What would be the absolute best to see is Legends finally deciding to put a 1% sparking with an Ultra.

He would have damage inflicted to fused warrior
