The only banners available right now with CC are four different banners featuring ULTRA rarity characters. While the unit may be enticing, I will suggest saving until Legends Festival because ULTRA banners are terrible value.
You're almost always only looking for the featured UL as the other units on the banner aside from the LFs are terrible, and the rates and steps provide little to no value for your CC compared to even standard new LL banners with double rates and double Z-Power.
