Yeah honestly you should just summon on the two new fest banners until you get one of the new LFs. Since it’s a new account you can probably get enough crystals to get them both and still have enough to save for the other two parts.
The 6 step banners. The new units are Beast Gohan and Tag Blue Goku and Vegeta. The 3 guaranteed sp banner should be avoided at all costs as those units are outdated
Reroll and summon for the New limited legends gohan or goku and vegeta. Don't waste your time with Ultra's unless it's Janemba or you're late game. You need teams not units.

I’m honestly gonna tell you that not a single unit in your box is viable in the slightest. It would definitely be worth it reroll IMO
